To provide theoretical and practical tools for analyzing spinal curves and mechanical dysfunctions, using advanced biomechanical models applicable to clinical practice.
✅ Analyze the physiological spinal curves (cervical/lumbar lordosis, thoracic kyphosis) and identify key sagittal plane dysfunctions
✅ Identify muscular, fascial, and articular components responsible for compression, misalignment, and dysfunctional adaptation
✅ Apply spinal decompression techniques and muscular normalization strategies
✅ Use breathing as a therapeutic vector: diaphragmatic techniques, fascial releases, axial tone regulation
✅ Treat recurrent clinical presentations such as chronic back pain, cervicalgia, hyperlordosis, rigid kyphosis, disc and radicular syndromes
The course offers a 3D and functional perspective of the spine, based on a systemic biomechanical model:
Each curve is interpreted as the result of muscle vector forces, with patterns of compression, compensation, and adaptation
The sagittal plane is viewed as a structural axis for force distribution along the spine
Treatment integrates joint decompression, active exercises, therapeutic breathing, and targeted myofascial techniques
Throughout the course, we apply an original vectorial model of muscle analysis, viewing muscles as vectors of compression, rotation, or stabilization.
This approach allows for a mechanically coherent interpretation of altered curves, localized rigidity, and intersegmental compensations.
