As an accredited ECM provider (No. 1701 – AGENAS, Italian Ministry of Health), this course is VAT-exempt.
This is a practical, immediately applicable course, designed to teach effective strategies for guiding and managing group sessions with patients experiencing minor postural disorders.
But there’s more: the experiential approach allows you to personally feel the immediate effects of each proposed technique, embedding their effectiveness into your clinical awareness in a lasting and embodied way.
You’ll acquire a set of tools that are equally valuable in one-to-one treatment, and a selection of exercises aimed at increasing the patient’s autonomy and proprioceptive awareness.
🔹 ENRICH your Mézières-based approach by integrating proprioceptive tools and strategies that also enhance the effectiveness of individual treatments.
🔹 PROTECT your own physical health throughout your professional career with techniques you can apply to yourself.
🔹 EXPERIENCE FIRSTHAND the power of mental imagery, verbal cues, tactile contact, and support tools—channels of communication with your body, your muscular tensions, and your postural habits. These will help you explore new ways of moving that are more fluid and energy-efficient.
🔹 UNDERSTAND, through direct experience, both the potential and the challenges of techniques ranging from neuromuscular relaxation to systemic isometric elongation.
🔹 PLAN group therapy programs for patients with minor conditions, as maintenance following individual treatment, or as self-care programs to be recommended during or after individual sessions.
Participants will engage in 10 guided practice sessions, each focused on a specific body region.
These sessions will be followed by the theoretical foundations of the technique and the biomechanical principles that support each therapeutic decision.
By the end of the course, participants will have the tools to:
✔ Conduct group classes
✔ Create self-treatment programs
✔ Integrate these methods into their clinical work with confidence
